Uruguay. Very high standard of living and lots of European influence. Plus some of the best beef in the world comes from that region. Hungary is my other bug out country, so I got dibs on those two since no one else has listed 'em. :p

home to some 3.5 million people,[1] of whom 1.8 million live in the capital Montevideo and its metropolitan area. An estimated 88% of the population are of European descent.[1]

Uruguay is one of the most economically developed countries in South America, with a high GDP per capita and the 52nd highest Human Development Index in the world as of 2010, and the first by human development in Latin America, when inequality is factored in.[4][9] Uruguay is also noted for its low levels of corruption, being ranked by Transparency International as the second least corrupt country in Latin America (behind Chile).[10] Its political and labor conditions are among the freest on the continent.[1] It was the highest rated country in Latin America on Legatum's 2010 Prosperity Index.[11] Reader's Digest ranked Uruguay as the ninth "most livable and greenest" country in the world, and first in all the Americas.[12] Uruguay is ranked highest in Latin America on the Global Peace Index.[13]

i'm tired of the bailouts and my tax $$$ rewarding the irresponsible.

what's good country is left to move to?

The US is fvcked.
Europe is Fvcked.

What's a good country to move to for a person with 6figures in his bank/stock accts?

I hear there is a little nation called kurdistan that is accepting of all peoples I learned this watching a television show about a burned out hippy who goes around the world eating food. He ate all sorts of food in kurdistan like rice and flatbread and more rice and rice shoved inside of flatbread isn't that wonderful I think we should all move there and hang out in there one tiny amusement park all the time

99% of your rich brethren that hate America but love getting rich from it have dual citizenship with Monaco and move there when they feel heat from the U.S.especially the ones caught for not paying taxes.

Tax haven

Monaco levies no income tax on individuals.

The absence of a personal income tax in the principality has attracted to it a considerable number of wealthy "tax refugee" residents

Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to continue to work or just retire and relax the rest of your life. Cause that will strongly influence your decision. Also depends on how much of a pussy you are when it comes to foreign cultures. How far could you stray from the US/NA lifestyle and conveniences and still be happy? If you are open minded and a little cultural alienation doesn't bother you then there are lots of options. If you still need all the comforts of NA then your options aren't nearly as broad.

...

He's not rich. He's especially not "Monaco" rich.

Do people here really think that 6 figures makes someone rich? Sure, it's not chump change, but it's nowhere near rich. Rich is high 7 figures, minimum. I'm not even sure why he feels the need to veil a brag post about it.
