What could be wrong with my PC?

For ages I thought my powersupply is going bad, getting really load and restarting itself from time to time, or when tapped harder on a desk the computer would shutdown&restart itself. Borrowed from someone psu to check and for that moment seemed that it fixed it,after putting in back the old psu again same things started to happen from time to time until recently it would get just horrible and sometimes would just keep on restarting...decided not to use that pc anymore and wait when new PSu would arrive.

So it did arrived today, swapped the psu but it doesn't even boots to bios, No Image whatsoever on monitor , but all the fans are spinning and everything seems fine except no image and It re-starts itself after about 15seconds from when power-up button is pressed and then just runs like that with no image whatsoever for however long I wait...

anyone got an idea what could be the potential problem?
for sure it isn't a videocard, doesn't even runs from the integrated.
also I got a new motherboard recently so that doesn't seems to be the case.
CPU's rarely ever go wrong if ever.

what else could be wrong? RAM? HDD?
got only 1stick of ram so cant test that, If it were bad hdd wouldnt it at least show something on monitor? (also can I take an laptops hdd and plugin to normal pc? it does seems to have the sata/power connectors? )

Sounds like something might be shorting/grounding out between the motherboard and the case. Pull the motherboard out of the case and try it with only the CPU, RAM, and power supply hooked up.

case closed, something was wrong with ram.
pressed several times the ram led button and put in another slot and it worked again.
