What could be compared to an X600 XT

Looking at benchmarks on Anandtech, an X600XT seems to be about the speed of a 9700 Pro, give or take a few frames per second.

Yeah, the X600 is simply a 9600 strapped in a PCI-E board. No new features or nothin'. Frankly, it disturbs me that ATI would do this, with naming it an X-Series product, yet it is simply a 9xxx-Series chip.

For the price, you can get a Nvidia 6200, unlock the pipelines on it, and OC it (if you dont know how, someone will help you) and that will make it as good (if not better) than a 6600. Now, for $100 or less, a 6200 is great with the unlocking and OCing.

get a 6200. NON turbo cache, and 128mb ram. that will be your best buy, trust me.

Um... I hope you realise that the 6200 is not a guaranteed unlocker....

And I also hope you realise that an X600XT can also be overclocked (though probably not quite as much as the 6200, I must admit.)
