What cooling would i need for mine ThunderBird 1ghz on a kt7raid?

You do need a heatsink and fan. Don't even try booting it up without one. If you don't plan to OC it, I'm pretty sure the older Taisols will work fine. If you do plan to OC it, there are many choices available such as the Alphas, Hedgehogs, FOPs, and forged Taisols.
