What cooling to use on my Ti200?

I want to replace the stock hs/f & ramsinks on this card but I'm not sure what to use. I was thinking a crystal orb for the gpu? or does anybody have a better idea - I already saw the Alpha hs/f mod but seems a little overkill for this Also, would the ramsinks from thermaltake be any better than the existing stock ones from Visiontek or am I better off going with individual ram sinks on each chip? Thanks
