What coolant to use?

I'm going for my first water cooled rig here shortly. What is the consensus on coolant? Most of the time I see simple distilled water but I have heard of some using deionized water.

Thanks for any input,

It's my understanding that Distilled Water = Deionized Water.

nada, distilled water has mineral impurities removed, deionized water removes all extra H+ ions in the water, leaving only nuetral H20 molecules
in this kind of application, it doesnt really matter which you use. distilled water is much easier to come by. normally only see deionized water in scientific applications.
