Can you make -70mv Vcore, -50 Cache for me? At now I'm use same driver from C_Payne but want try PowerCut. I'm not sure about the choice SA offset and VCCin voltage therefore set to your choice. Thnx!

I tested it in a not oprimal condition because I can't boot without microcode loaded.
It instals after a message W3 - microde present but I can't see positive results

If Broadwell microcode is present this mod can not gonna work. Thats not possible.

Without microcode very little chance is there. In my opinion, V4 modding never gonna happen in the near future.

I am of the expectation that this particular bug was fixed in hardware when Broadwell was released. That doesn't keep us from investigating though.

I have no chance to start without microcode because deleting it with UBU produce a non booting firmware for my Asus rampage V extreme 10 edition
I wonder why mtgben user with dual asus MB have this chance...

Is it possible to patch microcode (delete it) with other method than UBU?

i boot to win without microcode for v4..can you make another efi effort for unlock all core to x37
my problem is lock all core to x28 an core 1 to x37 only...

in windows 10 all of my core(22core) playing in x30 - x35
and when i cpu stress testing all core go to x28
i checking performance and power safe and balanced power option in windows
only when i use render or stress cpu-z all core go back to x28 ...!!???

Sure, but why would you want to do this? Better to use the OS to avoid sleep issues otherwise a relatively simple ucode patch becomes a lot more work.

I was not right, powercut give me some benefits. Yes, max rate x33 as before, but for AVX load (with 27 uCode) rate not drop to x32 as earlier and stay on maximum. As a result of this, I have an increase productivity in Corona Benchmark from 6,900,000 ray/s to 7,100,000 ray/s. Cinebench does not use AVX because of this the result remained the same as before. Thanks again!

I think you are near to have success and maybe your cpu is now locked @x28 for all cores during load due a tdp problem
Your HWINFO pictures is perfect because you see in all cores frequency bouncing also for different cores than 0 (more than x28)
In my case during idle time I have bouncing till x37 only core 0
Others cores bounce from x12 to x28 and never pass x28 as I see in your pictures

different version of Geekbench...with 3.41 version I reach 62000...with single core...
Maybe it is not possible to unlock..but I am also trying to understand
in your case you can monitor during your stress test with IPG (intel power gadget) to see during load TDP value...
