What Computer? Apple, AMD or Intel

AMD. Have been the best choise for me for a while now. Will go AMD route next upgrade aswell. However, im quite fond of Intels Dothan CPU I wish they would try to improve that one even more and release it for desktop use. At 2.4-2.6GHz and 800 MHz FSB, dual channel mem. It would give AMD a run for its money i bet. Oh well. back to reality 😀
 
I love Apple. They're so slick and classy. I hope they prevail.
I've been a long term Intel faithful.
But in the end, and currently, AMD is the only rational choice.
Cheaper, cooler, faster (quite a bit too, on dated code).
There's two other good reasons to choose AMD:
Consumer supporting x86-64 and 64 bit!
Supporting AMD. We all really, really need them desperately! Intel fans too.
