What companies are on your sh!tlist? (ie companies that have really horrible products or who have given you really horrible customer service).

Just had borders screw up and lose a book I put on reserve (the only copy they had) and they didn't even care or do anything for me.

That's bad

Wal-Mart is on my sh1tlist for a variety of reasons. Their deals weren't that great anyway

Yep, Walmart is on mine - and thus, Sams Club as well. I just don't like the way that company does business. Best Buy is next, but I still shop there occasionally

I never buy books from Borders (B&M), they sell most of their books at list price. I'll take Amazon.com, thank you very much. :)

Things like this make me shop Borders every once in a while

It's like best buy though, I'll only shop there if I can be sure they are losing money as a result

Real Networks
Wal-Mart
Best Buy

But IIRC mostly everyone of the forum hates all three of the above mentioned.

But even 30% off doesn't beat Amazon or Buy.com on price alone. Not to mention sales tax, gas and time in traveling to Borders.

I use the coupon if I need it right now. If I can wait a few days, obviously I'll go the cheapest route
