The inside of my case is dull- I don't like the color, I was thinking black with maybe a clearcoat of UV reactive, I don't know though - what do you all think?

Dark colors usually look the best. Why not the same as the outer part of your case?
That said, I've seen white and chrome look good.
The chrom compliments a silver or black case very well. White look kick-ass under UV.
 
I think a dark color sounds good. blue, purple, dark red, black, etc. A clear coat of something UV reactive on a dark color might give a neat effect.
 
On my boss's old eMachine we painted the exterior flat black and the interior was primered white, then covered with Glow in the Dark spraypaint. It reacts well with the two ccfl tubes.

Have you ever seen a dark color inside with UV over it? Also my case is that dark metallic blue, they call it Microsoft Blue, i guess the bluetooth mouse/keyboard are that color.
