Correct, as far as I've seen, usually only mixed-blood minorities have anything other than dark eye color. However, "Commonly" != MOST Common. Brown is still the most prevalent eye color (even amongst caucasians) due to genetics (dominant).

Personally, I have green eyes (mother's and sister's are brown...father's and brother's are blue/green).

There are no such things as flash generators, I think there are some flash text programs, but I never use them.
