What's so great about cornell?

Nearly everyone that I know who went to that school, is currently unemployed.

If you don't like freshman engineering, I suggest you get out now. I convinced myself that my actual discipline would be different (computer engineering) so I stuck it through. Well, it is different, its worse. Now I'm on track to graduate in 6.5 years since I waited until after my junior year to switch to technology.

I applied to UW, UofO, OSU, Stanford, Harvard, Yale, BU, and MIT.

Got accepted to UW, UofO, OSU, Stanford, Harvard, Yale, BU and MIT.

Decided to go to UW since it's cheap and there are plenty of HOT women.

OMG, you got accepted to Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and MIT and then decided not to go to any? It's like friggin hard getting in right? I mean, regarding social life, at least Stanford and Harvard are supposed to be quite easy once you're in :p

Well, depending on what he wants to do, he could end up saving TONS of money and still end up at a GREAT & elite graduate/med/law/whatever school.
