I have people that beg me to make Manhattans.

2 parts rye bourbon
1 part sweet vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Thin & charred orange peel
Luxardo cherry and a dab of sauce

Divine.

Also a big fan of Kentucky mules...bourbon + ginger brew + lime juice and garnish with lime. Serve in copper cup.
Turn it into a Moscow mule by replacing bourbon with vodka.

3:1 Citadelle Gin, Noilly Prat extra dry vermouth
Fee Bro's Whiskey Barrel aged orange bitters
4 olives
a couple dashes of lavender water.
