What cocktails do you make at home?

Aside from drinking liquor straight or mixing with soda, what type of cocktails do you like to make at home?

Not many these days, but Martinis, or Manhattans.

I usually stick to beer or the occasional Wild Turkey neat, but I do love a couple good chilled Martini's straight up with 3 or 4 olives with a good dinner.

Jack Daniels and Coke, Jack Daniels and Orange Juice, Jack Daniels and anything else so I can finish the bottle.

Nothing really. Other than some kind of liquor/soda I will make frozen drinks if we're having a party and it's hot outside. But otherwise it's pretty much Captain/Coke-Zero 99% of the time. Recently Iv'e been drinking Absolute/Sprite because it just is more refreshing.

Just bought a bottle of gin today. I've been in the mood for gin & tonic. It's in the freezer since I don't make ice, and I'll get some limes tomorrow. That's the only thing I make, unless you consider Irish cream in coffee a cocktail. Otherwise, I drink sprits neat, or drink beer.

Margarita, rusty nail, that's about it lately. I don't really want to drink a lot of pop these days so tending to stick to liquor or beer.

I'm not good at mixing cocktails but coke and rum is the best and so far the most easiest to combine. Oftentimes, I stick to just plain beer too.

Margarita. I use tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, and crushed ice (usually from sonic).
the crushed ice is really important. If you use regular ice, not enough water gets dissolved and you're going to want to add sugar or some bullshit mix.

Other than that, I just make whiskey soda- whiskey, club soda, and half a lime.

My go to drink is usually Vodka & cranberry.
If I have time I'll make margaritas for the wife and myself but it's so time consuming and hard to make it the way I like. Recently I found that a OJ, cranberry and tequila makes a quick and easy margarita. The other drink I make tastes similar to a Bahama Mama. It's jack, pineapple juice, grenadine and lots of ice

If I'm in the mood I'll pick up a small carton of heavy cream and use it to make white Russians with Titos and Kahlua Especial (the 70 proof one).

They are quite delicious but very rich, so I only do it every few months.

I forgot Sangria, we actually mix a couple pitchers of that about every couple of months.

One of the few things the wife loves that is alcoholic.
