I've noticed that some places are listing the chips such as
6ns GL2000 Chips
5ns Winbond
Samsung ?ns

What should I be looking for if I want the best out there.

Prices are dropping fast. Corsair PC3200 is $166 now. Is there something new coming out?

I'm pretty sure that GL2000 is Geil and Geil = crap. Besides, 6ns is PC2700 not PC3200, IIRC. I haven't heard anything about the 5ns Winbond, so I can't comment, except that Corsair is switching over to Winbond from Samsung, so it should be decent. The Samsung PC3200 is 4ns, and I've heard very good things about it.

Well 6ns RAM chips are only rated for PC2700 so forget about that

Anything 5ns or better is rated for PC3200. Samsung has a great rep for PC2700 so I'd imagine their PC3200 is good too :)

So is the Corsair 3200 is using 4ns Samsung chips right now? I wouldn't mind grabbing some if it if that's true. Otherwise what should I look for so I know I'm getting 4ns ram.

I'm not sure, but I think Corsair switched their entire XMS line over to Winbond chips.
