We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. I'm pretty sure that Mushkin uses Nanya chips whereas Crucial uses Micron chips... and as for Crucial vs. Mushkin.. Mushkin offers various modules from regular PC-2100 modules to high performance parts so you can o/c the hell outta them...
Crucial just offers one line of high quality RAM.. no frills or anything.. you can set them to CL2 no problem but they offer it for $96.29 whereas Mushkin sells their basic PC-2100 RAM for just $86.. but I"ve had no experience with Mushkin before...
IMHO.. I'd just stick with the tried and true.. go Crucial! If you're not overclocking that is..
