What Chip does the ATI AIW Radeon cards use for TV OUTPUT ?

Does anyone know what chip the ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon series of cards (7500, 8500/DV, 9700 Pro etc) use for the TV Output ? I know they use the ATI Rage Theater chip for video input for capturing purposes, but I am not sure if this is the same chip that does TV Out also.

Does anyone know for sure ? Also, does the 7500 8500 and 9700 Pro all use the same chip for TV Out ?
