PII-450 - Trying to get 504 with 112 bus
256MB PC-100 RAM
V3 2000 AGP
A-Trend 6220 Motherboard
11.5GB Maxtor HD(From 1998)
Western Digital 8.4GB HD(Not that old, just small)
Quantum Fireball LM Plus 15GB HD(Few weeks old)
MX300 PCI sound card
Linksys 10/100Mbps PCI Ethernet adapter
Promise Ultra66 IDE Controller
SMC 10mbps ISA adapter
5x DVD-ROM Drive
Mitsumi 4x/2x/24x CD-RW
Ok, since the only way I can overclock the CPU is to put the FSB to 112, what chance do those devices have of surviving the increase from 33MHz to 37MHz for the PCI bus? Do the CD-ROM drives have any chance of dying from this? And if my Hard drives don't like the increase...most likely the Maxtor I'm thinking, will it lose data, die, or just not work until I lower the FSB again? And overall is stuff more likely to just not work if it doesn't like the settings or will it die?
