Got rid of the pony tail some time ago. Don't have all that many pimples, the ones that I do will probably go once I lose the weight.

remember, at best buy anytime a computer comes in, its a virus and you need to reformat the hdd. now you can be a pro geek squad member

If they have backups of their stuff that is indeed the most economical way of doing things. Usually people don't keep backups but I know that's what we do if the customer doesn't need to keep anything on the comp.
