i did the whole ccna course, but never took the test, lol. so, i have none, and dont have a job. maybe thats a direct correlation.

Certified Public Accountant.

And yes it was beneficial.

A+, N+, MCP, MCSE 2000 (Also took the CCNA class but didn't test)

Was very beneficial in 2000.

I'm in sales for a wholesale lender now so.........

Maybe I'll jump back into IT or get a Sales Job dealing with computers.

The certs definitely get your foot in the door.

It's a lot like a college degree. Even though they may be worthless as far as skills go HR departments just about pee in their pants when they see you can accomplice something.

Hiring was a part of my job when I was a manager in retail years ago. People that have half a clue are the minority of what's out there interviewing. That's why most good jobs require a degree or cert.
At least your getting a trainable monkey.
