Motorola 710, but I'd give just about anything to have my 270c back. I dropped it in a pool where it sat for a few minutes, pulled it out and it STILL WORKED! That phone was a tank. Unfortunately after the pool incident it wouldnt' charge. When i went to get my new one the guy asked what i currently had and when he heard 270c he said they NEVER break. Had i not dropped it in the pool i probably would have had it for another 5 years.
 
Have the Motorola v265 with Verizon (2 actually, on the family plan), and an inactive Motorola i60 (Nextel) sitting around.

Had a Motorola v66 with T-Mobile before (well it was in my name, although I didn't use it much; the same with the Nextel).

Pretty happy with the v265/Verizon right now.
