What CD/RW/DVD Combo is the best?

I am looking to get one of these trio type devices. I can find very little information on this. Can someone help me to figure out which is the best. I guess I should ask, is there a reason I shouldn't have them all in one device, would it be better for me to have 2 separate devices cd/rw and a DVD?

Thanks!

I would get them separate so I can have two devices to do cd on the fly...

I heard good things about the ricoh 9125 or 9120 whichever one has the justlink technology...

I would get the aopen 1232a 12x10x32x with justlink for 100 dollars at newegg...full retail box...free shipping

Then get the aopen 16x48x which is like 72 dollars with 3 dollars shipping...retail box with software decoder

There currently is no combo drive that A cost this less or B has all these speeds for the individual things...

I checked pricewatch:

Samsung 8x4x32 8x cdr/cdrw/cd/dvd for 129 w/o sh...I say crap since the next samsung is 40 dollars more and 4x model...buyer beware

Toshiba 4x4x24x4 for 170 w/o sh

Toshiba 8x8x32x8 for 186 w/o sh

ricoh 9120a 12x10x32x8 for 229.00 w/ sh

all slower then above alternative and still expensive for what you are getting... 2x the dvd speed and 1.5x cd speed, option to do cd to cd at full speed (most likely including dae copies) for 50+ less...
