What CD burning software will burn a .IMG file?

Nero, CDRWin, many others.

That sounds like a Mac disk image. I don't know off hand any software on Windows that burns a Mac image.

Edit: some possible matches for that extension:

.img ---- ImageForge/IconForge file
.img ---- Mac disk image
.img ---- Bitmap graphics (Ventura)
.img ---- High-resolution scanned image file

I think .img is a CloneCD file.

.img is the default extension that CloneCD uses but you can use many other programs to burn it - Nero, CDRWin, EZCD Creator, etc.

I too have an IMG file that I'm having trouble with..it opens up fine in Nero and CDRWin but when i burn it (tried both mode 1 and mode 2) i can't see anything on the CD, but when I do a "CD Info" in Nero it tells me that 40MB (size of the image) is on the disc. ANy ideas?

Yes I tried ISOBuster...tried extracting the data from the image and reburning that extracted file but it was the same problem
