Right now i'm on a POS $50 case....

right now i'm looking for quieter case with decent airflow.

Anyone have any suggestions? i was thinking either the PC-V1000b or a wavemaster.

Wavemaster does not have the greatest airflow, but is not the best, either.

good airflow, maybe a Tt Tsunami...

the Lian-Li also probably has excellent airflow.

Don't get me wrong, the Wavemaster is not bad, the airflow is actually better than I thought it would be, but it ain't perfect.

gorgeous case though, I still recommend it.

Antec sells the SLK-3000 which is a 3700 without a PSU for a bit less money.

It ncludes 120mm rear fan plus a fan mount in front of the drive cage for a 120x25 intake fan (I use an ultra quiet low speed Nexus fan in my server).

Good airflow, especially for the hard drives, and 120mm fans for quiet, plus grommets for the hard drives to reduce vibration noise.

The Wavemaster is not loud by any means, I am actually quite happy with the noise level from the stock fans (case only)

Don't know much about the fans used in the Lian-Li, but I know the Tsunami is loud (stock fans keep in mind)

that can be fixed with a fan upgrade/swap.

TigerDirect has recently been having a closeout on Chieftec 'Dragon' model cases, they still have some mid-towers (sans PSU) left for $20 + shipping. I got one of the full-towers last week, they are very solid cases. There's a couple of threads in the HotDeals forum about them.
