What case and cooling is best for OC

I am in the process of build an AMD Athlon 1.33 system that I want to overclock. My problem is I don't know what case, power supply and cooling system to use. The system will be in my bedroom and will be on all of the time. What case, power supply and cooling system is quiet and as good as can be expected for OC? The price is not much of a conern as I have up to $700 for those items (the less I spend the better). My first priority is the noise level then overclocking.

The antec sx830 is reasonably priced, and is a nice looking case.. you can get a 300 or 400w PS from them and I think it comes w/ 2 80mm fans with slots for 2 more. everything is supposed to come apart with ease. I personally use an addtronics 6890, Its a strong nice looking case, their website is great for parts and I have spoken to their tech support several times, they sent me an incorrect part once and were very quick to get back to me and ship the right part, I was impressed.
I modded my case w/ ease and have great case cooling.
