I am now 35 and I have owned lots of vehicles during my life. Here is what I can remember. What have you owned??

This starts from when I was 16 until now, in order I think...

High school years:
70 VW bus
Kawasaki GPZ and Pinto (DOH! used in the rain and bad weather)
72 240Z with racing cams and headers (damn was this fast)
66 mustang convertable
69 VW bus

Navy Years:
used taxi service for the most part
86 Honda Interceptor

Post Navy:
80 bmw 320i
66 convertable mustang (got it back from dad again)
74 buick le sabre (da boat, lmao)
VW rabbit, cant remember the year, earlier model, 80????
84 ford taurus (got three transmission rebuilds!)
90 ford f150
97 ford f150 extended cab (first NEW car)
80 mercedes 300 turbo diesel (my dad bought this as a new car he put 400K miles on it and then gave it to me in '99)
92 jeep wrangler (as a second car with the mercedes, this is '99)
95 mercedes e300
97 ford expedition, current vehicle, purchased in late 2K

Favorite: Expedition, holds all my scuba equip and my SAR gear. (lmao, our ambulances are fords too)

Professional Vehicles (job related that I always drove):

ambulance (van and type 2)
bronco (SAR)
van (SAR)
ambulance, converted (SAR, type 2)
crown vic (SAR, sheriff's dept)

Is that enough?? I think I remembered most of my cars, but I am pretty sure I missed at least one in there somewhere. Hmmmm....

Honda man with a somewhat disastrous detour through Dearborn. I'm one of the few who didn't get their first car until I was in my twenties.

I am 24. I have owned an 89 accord and currently in a 93 sentra. Perhaps I'll buy a new car later this year or next year, but if this car handles me fine I'll keep it till it dies. I really don't care to waste cash on a new car.

The funny thing about that Mercedes is it was shot a few times with a 12 guage shotgun. I had it when my dad was out of town and I was having a party at my house. My roommate told me that there was somebody causing problems at the party so I literally picked him up over my shoulder ( he was not very big ) and carried him outside and told him to leave. About two hours later, some people came running in the house saying people were shooting outside. That little punk did a drive-by and shot my dads car three times and my buddies truck was shot with a .38 . We ended up going to the police dept, drunk as a mofo, (in police cars as passengers, there and back) in order to make reports.

That was the easy part, explaining to my dad how his car got shot when he came home was the hard part. LMAO He still has the pictures till this day. When we drove up to the body shop, he made me go, the owner came out and said "Hey Roger, I didn't know you were in the mafia..." LMAOx2

I sure am glad my dad is understanding....

Once I started driving Volvo's I stopped replacing cars. In fact, I just had the 82 Volvo (the wife's car) repainted last month; I drive the 85 sedan.

All three are currently owned. The CB450SC, being a motorcycle, is just for summer. The Accord is the daily driver, and the 914 is a "rolling restoration", it's completely drivable as is, but it needs minor tranny work and a little bit of work on the floorpan and the firewall. One of these days I'm going to get my hands on a VW T-1 bus, love the old Microbus.
