Yes, it needed a paint job,was begining to rust,and I could not afford a good paint job.
plus with the big block 427 not being "original" to the car,i thought the value was about peak
on the car,unless I spent $5,000 + on it.

Sold the car to a man that was going to restore it,used the money to pay some bills,and buy the Valiant,and do some work on It.

I had the Camaro for almost 8 years,and had won a lot of tropies with it,but they were
becoming less often,due to the car needing work,so time to get a different car.

The Valiant I bought i had wanted for 30+ years,I wanted a V8 2door 1964,or '65 since high school.
