what card is faster ?

Tomshardware says the 3850 256mb version is best.?

I would say the 8800GS is a little faster based on this review.

Yeah... I wouldnt trust anything Tom's says. Just look at their graphs and move on. Spending more than $75 on a 256meg card for gaming would be a bad idea right now. 8800gs and 9600gt will CRUSH that card and are both <$135


Edit: My guess is they posted that when 8800gs and 9600gt cost more than $135... notice that 9600gt is their rec for $150 pricepoint... therefore they acknowledge it's better than 3850.
