What card and software that allows to capture the next video frame following a (10us exposure)trigger and storing it.

I need to capture two 10usec exposed video frames from cameras. Basically I need some sort of frame grabber that is capable of doing this.
What video capture card and software that will allows me to capture the next video frame following a (10us exposure)trigger and storing it .Thanks in advance for any advice.
