Enermax generally turns out a decent PSU. How much you spending? The Enhance ENP-5140GH or ENP-5150GH might be worth considering. They are both filled with Teapo caps.

Im looking to spend aroun 50-70$ on a good psu,

I am powering
AM2 A64 3500+
gig of ddr2 ram (2x512)
1 hdd, possibly 2 in the future.
7600 gt KO
And 2 case fans.
 
Depending on what you are powering the 330-380 Seasonic S12 would fit that budget and typically comes with nothing but top-tier caps. The last one I installed had all Chemi-Con, Panasonic, and Rubycon.
