What can you use as a static bag, when you don't have a large static bag available?

I am shipping this motherboard, and realize that I do not have a large static bag. I heard Aluminum foil works.

Any ideas?

Whatever you do, don't wrap it in newspaper. Aluminum foil may work, but how hard is it to get a static bag?

I have bought memory in ZIPlock bags, so I am guessing that any type of plastic bag would do...

Yes.. aluminum foil works.. If I didn't have a static bag on hand, I'd use the pink antistatic foam sheets.. you can get those from any office supply store.

I don't know the circumstances that surround you shipping this motherboard, but if the recipient finds it's DOA and you didn't use an anti-static bag guess who's going to being biting the bullet? ;)

I'll give you one. The S&H charge will be $20 US dollars + custom fee as well as any appropriate taxes.

Go by a parts place (or call around) and ask for one. I did a short stint at an aviation product company up here and they had tons of bags for rebagging sensitive stuff.
