What can you substitute "you guys" with?

I use "you guys" in normal conversations but I realized that it doesn't sound very appropriate when in formal settings (interviews etc).

I couldn't think of a good substitute other than "you all".. which sounds even weirder to me.

Thoughts?

Everyone or all of you.

I'm from the south so we just say ya'll (even though NC is hardly the south)
I cringe every time I hear some Jersey girl say "yous guys".

Don't listen to these people.

Proper English is "you". It is both plural and singular.

all y'all

y'all is singular.

Considering y'all is short for you all I would say... wrong.

LOL, most likely true but this short story tells me otherwise. Yes, I am a Swede in Virginia btw.

Walked into the Shell gas station.
Clerk asked: How y'all doin', what can I get y'all today?
Me: <looks around trying to find more people>

:D

Obviously not from the South. Some people will use y'all singularly as well as plural, and others will use "all y'all" for plural.
