What can you do if you get recurrent false DMCA takedown requests?

On one of the other fora I frequent, there is a budding movie-director who has been submitting videos to YouTube.

In spite of this, he has received numerous take down notices alleging copyright violations, and YT has removed his videos. Of course, he filled in the defence, and a few weeks later the videos came back.

Until another false DMCA claim was made, and the videos were removed again. Another defence filed, and the videos came back. Now, apparently, some of the videos are down again, due to another 'DMCA claim' by the same plaintiff.

The guy claims that all the videos are entirely of his own creation, from script, animation and music. And, having watched one of them, i can believe it. I'll leave discussion of any potential artistic 'merits' to another thread.

If it's of relevance the plaintiff claiming that their copyright has been violated is either a realtor or a landlord, operating in the area that the videos discus.

Wow, how did I get from that video, to dogs whacking off, to people getting their noses pierced?
