I don't work bench though...yesterday was the first time in about 3 months I did it (I normally do butterfly or standard dumbbell press, incline or decline)
Ha ha. I wish I had the time too...the Army likes to *make* time for you to do it...I wake up around 5:30 to do the first workout...then my last workout probably ends around 9 at night...
I'm sure it's not good for me at all but the Ripped tricks you into thinking you have more energy than you really do
Yawp...I gotta sit on the aisle during meetings, on the aisle during plane flights...and I know where the bathroom is in every building between where I live and Battalion
