What can we do to help the forums?

I'd post this on forum issues but it's so slow that I time-out before it loads, typical since the upgrade earlier this month. To this day, no one has stepped up to the plate to let us know whats up. Can we help:...hardware problems...backbone problems...guru problems...money problems...priority problems...???
