What can u tell me about this ram module on this Geforce2 GTS card?

It's a no-name brande Geforce2 GTS 32MB DDR card....

I'm guessing it's 6ns RAM...right? If so, what is the expected overclock on it?

if i remember right, 1/6 = 166mhz

You have the standard Infineon memory found on most of the GeForce2 GTS 32mb cards. It's luck of the draw how high it will oveclock, but a good guess would be that you should be able to hit 366MHz without any image problems. Your mileage may vary. If you see image quality degradation go down by 5MHz at at time.

Heheh...yeah, I knew that overclocking varies big time.

My Celeron 400 could barely hit 525, but my celeron 366 could run at 600 just fine.

Well, defaults are 333mhz memory clock......so I'll tinker with it once I get my slot-fan replaced by 3dcool.com AGAIN! (don't buy the sleeve model...they suck...fail after 3-6months...).
