No they're still 24....his arms are bigger than Triple H's - when they were standing toe to toe when they announced Hogan getting the title shot, it was clearly visible that Hogan's arms were bigger than Triple H's - and Triple H is a pretty big guy

Do you not remember the big scandal in the 80's? All of the WWF wrestlers (Hogan included) were given steroids by McMahon. I'm not saying he uses them now, but he and others did admit to using them back then.
