What can my motherboard handle???

I've got a Soyo 6BA+IV. According to the Soyo site it can handle up to a PIII 100mhz FSB 600. My question is this, the 6ba+iv is a very overclocker friendly board...what will happen if i o/c a cpu over the 600? can i do this? anyone know?
