what can i use to open a .job file?

I am at work and have a cd that a manager needs to open, but it has a .job extension. Does anyone know which program i can use to do this? Thanks

so is there any easy way i can open it/download a free program to open it? i opened the little piece of paper that was slipped in with the cd and it had screen shot of the cd's contents on a mac.

come on guys, i need to find something to open this file. Is it possible to convert it back to .img without the original program? i couldn't open it in microsoft paint, and unfortunatly there isn't much else in the way of programs on these computers
