I am starting to build my comp (first time builder) and realized id need to get all these wires out of the way when im done. Are little zip ties and electrical tape ok for this? Is there anything I should definitely avoid using?

Zip ties are great, some kind of velcro is good too (my Tagan PSU came with a bunch of velcro strips for this purpose). Used to use tape but the residue from the glue looks bad (yeah, won't matter as it probably won't be seen by anyone but you as it is probably somewhere normally unseen but...)

I use zip ties and twist tie material. You can get 20-packs of zip tie anchors at Radio Shack. Velcro cable wraps are also pretty cool but expensive.

I've seen some el cheapo velcro's that come off if you are tying it to some stiff wiring. But zip ties and velcro are the way to go.
