What can i Expect with this setup?

I currently have a Abit BM6 with a celeron 366@550

I will have a MSI K7T Pro2-A and a duron 700 that i hope to take to a Ghz, it has a crome orb, is that heatsink good enugh? either way ill get it to 1Ghz somehow, will it be a big improvement over the celeron? like in basic windows stuff? i know in games it will rule lol

Oh yeah, the speed will be noticable. I would assume the Orb would be good enough, but there are a lot better out there according to many on this forum. If I were to guesstimate, I would predict about a 50% increase from what you are doing now, and if you get the thing overclocked to a gigahertz, expect about a good 100% increase.

EDIT: This entirely depends on other components in your system as well.
