Question What can I expect if I switch to OLED?

This is my current monitor:

Acer
XV280K-B
It's 28 '', 4K, 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz;

I was considering a replacement like this: https://rog.asus.com/pt/monitors/27-to-31-5-inches/rog-swift-oled-pg32ucdm/

First, it has to be bigger than what I have, and of course more than 60 Hz

But here's the thing:

I never had any OLED (monitor) before, so I am not sure how I would perceive it, considering how I use the one I have. I'll explain:

- Most of my use is Windows/desktop, and some videos; rarely I do gaming (my GPU = RTX 3060).

- I use dark mode for all websites/possible apps. Really, any white background for me is not acceptable;

- I keep the brightness/contrast levels around 40% on my current monitor (same goes for my tablet/smartphone); any bright screen I can't stand it (eye strain); plus, more brightness = more blue light.

The most interesting part (for my bedroom): I turn off the ceiling light and use a lamp BEHIND THE MONITOR to light up the entire room (there’s no other light source in this place). I took some pictures from it:

Considering all I said, how would OLED work out for me?
