What can I do with a 3rd 360?

I bought a 360 a coupla years ago, it RROD on me and I exchanged it long ago and got an even older one back early 2006 I believe. Anyway the dvd drive on that one was flaky, I would get an occasional read error so I bought another 360 and took the first one to my GFs house so I could play ganes over there. And recently I bought a 3rd 360 for HDMI so I took the good second one to my GFs and bought a 120gb hd for my HDMI one. So, I have my first 360 just sitting there collecting dust. I know I could sell it but why? I have no peripherals for it except a 20gb HD, no PSU, nada.

Soooo, what fun stuff can I do with this besides openening it up and dissecting it?
