What can I do to remedy this situation?

I've got this S340 Elite with a Kraken X61 mounted on the front.

I already have a 6600k and I plan on overclocking for certain games.

I plan on buying a 1070, and I plan on later buying a second to run in SLI.

Would a blower style cooler be ideal in this situation?

Perhaps if I had an air cooler instead of the X61, I could just pull in cold air without heating it over the rad. In that situation, an after-market, open-air GPU cooler would make more sense. As it stands right now, I'm concerned about potential thermal throttling.

Or is it a moot point, and should I not be worried about thermal throttling at all? Thanks for your help, guys.

I wouldn't worry too much if I were you - the air coming off that radiator can't be that hot, considering it's cooling a 91W CPU (and not, say, a 150+W GPU). For a given amount of heat, the bigger the radiator, the cooler the air coming off it. Of course a setup like this will increase your case and baseline component temperatures by a few degrees. But it probably doesn't matter at all. Blower coolers are handy in situations like this, but unless you're running your two exhaust fans at very, very low rpm, they should be able to get rid of the heat of your CPU+GPU just fine. SLI will be more of a challenge, but still perfectly doable. If I were you, I'd try to link exhaust fan speeds to case/motherboard temperature, as this should be a decent indicator of heat getting trapped inside the case.
