What can i do to minimize the soreness tomorrow morning?

Just played bball for like the 3rd time in the last 2 years....im so tired, is there anything i can do to minimize feeling like sore sh!t tomorrow morning? I have graudation practice wens/thurs, and graduation on thurs, and gradnight on thurs night..bleh ima be burned out this weekend.
 
1) massage-- it'll help clear the lactic acid from the muscles you expect to be sore
2) take 5g of glutamine
3) hot bath
4) stretch muscles
 
Yoga actually works for me. I do about 10 minutes worth -- basically the same idea as stretching, but Yoga makes me stretch really well.

They have like a cream for that...i used it once before but i forget what it was...it really helped though lol. Tyry looking for a muscle-ache cream.

to what end? You want the heat to relax the muscles and promotes blood flow.

No kidding - cold bath?! You must be talking out of your ass - anyhow, drink a lot of water, take an aspirin before you go to bed, stretch out, and even though you might be sore tomarrow, be active, as in move around, work the sore muscles - it actually helps flush out the acids in your body and your soreness will be gone quicker.
