What can I do so I'm never thirsty again?

I hate needles; but I'm "this close" to walking around with an IV in my arm all day. I'm always thirsty.

It does not help that I drink coffee, drink alcohol and love salty snacks. 😱 That's definitely part of the problem.

To compensate, I carry around a 1-quart bottle all day and I chug a lug water constantly. On an average day at work, I go thru at least six bottles. That's a gallon and a half of water!! I'm in the bathroom every 20 minutes....and that lasts LONG after I stop drinking water. I don't sleep thru the night b/c my bladder will bust. :|

I've tried not drinking water. Then I'm thirsty. Make it stop.

maybe get a reverse dry suit in that distilled water circulates around your body 24/7, maybe it will absorb thru your skin

Haha, your complaint about drinking 1.5 gallons and constantly peeing reminds me of the day I drank a little more than 2.5 gallons in 11 hours and never peed during that 11 hours.

Yeah, thats random, but I bothered to type it, so I'll share.

Whats the rest of your diet like?
i.e. what are you eating...

I try to eat right. Typically:

Breakfast:

Ham and cheese omlet
Bacon
Orange or Cranberry Juice
Glass of water
Cantelope or bananna

Lunch:
Fish or Beef
Vegetable
Water
Salad

Dinner:
Sometimes I don't eat dinner or I will have two ham and cheese on toast late at night. 😱 I know, I know...don't szy it. That's the only bad thing, AFA I can see.

Eat less salty foods. I'm not just talkin snacks, everything needs less salt. Do you have any idea what your blood pressure is? If you have high BP then you'll know that you are eating too much salt.

He just needs to watch his diet.

Its those darn lousy neighbors, huh Michael?

Hmm. Well:

My BP is very good. "Average". I take it 3x week after I work out. Cardio. 🙂

Diabetes does not run in my family. A few have high BP, but nobody has diabetes.

Nobody said it.

Too much Ham and Bacon.

Eat some Broccoli and Grapes and you'll balance out.

Hmm. I do throw brocolli on my salad when they have it. I eat in the company cafeteria for lunch almost daily. When they have brocolli as the veggie, I get it. I can't stand spinach or collard greens, though. 😛

your kidneys wont be thanking you 20 years down the road. it sounds more like a mental issue rather than a physical or dietary issue. limit yourself to 8 cups of water a day, because thats all you actually need.
