This person that goes by the name Ann Wilson - ann1244@hotmail.com

has ripped me off $90 for an american eagle outfitter gift certificate. I know about 3 other people that were ripped off as well.
I reported to ebay, reported to IFCC, but nothing.

No one does anything, ebay did nothing but make her account inactive. IFCC- no reply.. too busy for something like this I guess.

What can I do other than hunting her down and beating her down?? She still replies once in a while to say "I'll mail it out tomorrow" which has never happened for the last 3 months.

Where can I get more information on her?

try to contact ebay again, or contact the local authorities it the seller's residence, and explain that your ebay purchase was a contract blah blah blah...

did you get a phone #, or address as to where to send payment to? if so, contact local authorities about this, they will be able to help you from there, or, better yet, if you have her phone number, call her and ask what the hell the deal is. i never do a deal over $50 without getting a # it might be overcautios, but it works

Makes no difference. Ebay's system will not allow you to leave feedback with someone who is no longer registered.

WTF does that do if the user is deactivated? -PAB

None.

So whats the point? All you will wind up doing is waste your time.
