My auction

I copied his auction because it was the same item that he sold me. We left each other positive feedback. I know I shouldn't have used his bandwith to load the images, but I was lazy. Should I cancel the auction and try again.. or contact ebay and pretend that I didn't know what i was doing? It's really sabotaged as it is.
