What can I do about this?!?

A few weeks ago my internet speed started crawling... I have 512/128 and my download went down to around 100. I've done everything in my power (I think) to try and fix it; even had the sprint people at my house, but they couldn't find anything.

It looks like it's something wrong with their servers, but is there anything I can do about it to get my speed back up? I might as well just have dialup. grrr

Please help!

Call sprint tech support and have them make sure everything is correct in your profile. I had an issue where I was supposed to have 1 Mbit down but was only receiving 128 Kbit. Turns out my configurations did not match up. You can also try the online support, but you may have to talk to several people since the first things they always ask are to reboot the modem, unplug any routers, rebuild your TCP/IP stack, etc.

Hope this helps.

This happens on all my computers... even the sprint tech who came to check on my line he only got around 150 on the test.
