what can i do about a website that harrasses particular people?

I know a guy (used to be "friends" with) who has a website that is his rip-off of somethingawful. he sort of uses it as a "funny" diary of himself but in doing so he often says things about other people, or posts pictures of them, that those people obviously do not want to be there.

what can i do to get his site shut down? i somehow doubt his host provider is going to care...also if anyone can get me info on who his site provider is, PM me and i will give you the address.

he does have a picture of me on there that i asked him to remove and he wouldn't that was a long time ago though..there's some other stuff too.

i found the webhost and foudn this on their site:

i did kick his ass already
